For the dedicated player and parent who want to experience a higher level of competition, Brewster United Soccer Club offers a Travel Program. Our travel teams play against other regional clubs, (Putnam, Northern Westchester, Dutchess and Orange Counties) within the East Hudson Youth Soccer League.
Teams are formed in the spring after tryouts are held. Tryouts for the Fall 2010/Spring 2011 season are scheduled for Saturday May 15th (rain date May 16th). Players 8 and older with an interest should consider trying out. BUSC would like to field teams at the age levels listed. However, that depends on getting enough skilled players and a volunteer coach.
The cost for Boys and Girls, Under 9 - Under 14 is $150. The uniform is additional and approximately $30.00 - orders will be taken at a later date.
Practices will be held 1 -2 days/week, at coach's selected times. Games are played on Sunday afternoons. You will have 8 - 10 games in both the fall and spring with half being played home at the Brewster School complex.

ALL TRAVEL PLAYERS MUST REGISTER BEFORE COMING TO TRYOUTS!
Print out, sign, and bring the medical release/registration form to the tryout. ALL players trying out must bring a wallet size photo, with name written on back. If you are new to travel you MUST also bring a copy of your birth certificate. Payment is due at tryout, if not already paid by credit card online at time of registration.
You will be contacted within 3 weeks after tryouts as to placement. Players that do not make a travel team will be placed on an In-House team, if desired, and the balance will be refunded.
Please DO NOT double register (for both Travel and In-house), a spot on an In-house team is guaranteed if you do not make the Travel team.
